Ingredients
- Potatoes (four numbers)
- Basin one cup
- Two tablespoons of flour
- One teaspoon of cayenne powder
- Half a teaspoon of powdered powder
- Coriander powder half a teaspoon
- Yellow color a pinch
- Heat spice powder a quarter teaspoon
- (Half a teaspoon of fenugreek leaves) (dry)
- Salt custom taste
- A quarter teaspoon of baking powder
- To spice licking spices
- Oil for deep frying
Recipe Making Procedure
- Cut the flour into round slices and soak it in warm water.
- Prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients except one cup of oil.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Squeeze the water from the potatoes with the help of a cloth.
- Dip the potato slices into the batter.
- Then deep fry in hot oil until the color is golden.
- Serve with ketchup and green sauce, sprinkle with licking spices.
