Potato Fritters

Ingredients

  1. Potatoes (four numbers)
  2. Basin one cup
  3. Two tablespoons of flour
  4. One teaspoon of cayenne powder
  5. Half a teaspoon of powdered powder
  6. Coriander powder half a teaspoon
  7. Yellow color a pinch
  8. Heat spice powder a quarter teaspoon
  9. (Half a teaspoon of fenugreek leaves) (dry) 
  10. Salt custom taste
  11. A quarter teaspoon of baking powder
  12. To spice licking spices
  13. Oil for deep frying

Recipe Making Procedure

  • Cut the flour into round slices and soak it in warm water.
  • Prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients except one cup of oil.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Squeeze the water from the potatoes with the help of a cloth.
  • Dip the potato slices into the batter.
  • Then deep fry in hot oil until the color is golden.
  • Serve with ketchup and green sauce, sprinkle with licking spices.
