Lemon Omelette Souffle

Ingredients

  • 6 (Six) Egg yolk
  • 8 (Eight) Egg whites
  • Four lemon peels
  • Sugar one pound
  • A little bit of butter

Instructions/ Procedures

  • First, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar so that the mixture is thick.
  • Then whisk the egg whites and make them like ice.
  • Combine white and yellow. Also mix peels.
  • Apply lubricating paper to the bottom of the oven-proof dish.
  • Pour the mixture over it.
  • Put the dish in the hot oven for six minutes.
  • Remove from oven and refrigerate.

Presentation

Pour into a bowl and cut into circles and apply butter on top.
